Amanda recently moved to Orlando to earn her master's in Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) at the University of Central Florida and works at Orlando Repertory Theatre. In addition, she currently serves as a student ambassador for Marquee, an annual publication of TYA/USA and creates study guides for Rose of Athens Theatre in Athens, Georgia. Amanda is a writer, director, performer, scholar, administrator, and educator. She has worked in theaters across the US and has taught classes and workshops in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, the most recent of which was entitled "Building Community," presented at the Florida Theatre Conference in October 2011. Other recent contributions include an article in the Novemeber 2011 edition of Incite/Insight and on NEXTBlog.
