SU CASA

In January 2010, Amanda journeyed to Costa Rica and Nicaragua as part of a residency team consisting of approximately twenty Susquehanna University students. Amanda served as an education team leader for small groupd venturing into unserved communities and children's homes. The team's work used multiple art forms to connect students and visiting teaching artists and centered around students' understanding of the concepts of story and allegory. In her work, Amanda facilitated for groups with over thirty students and facilited communication and community building activities in Spanish, English and Gibberish.
